We respect your privacy. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information or uploaded content to outside parties. Your data is used solely for providing the service and improving your experience.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Eligibility

If you are not satisfied with the quality of the translations provided, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase. Refunds may be granted at our discretion under the following circumstances:

• The translation service failed to process your file due to a technical error on our end.
• The quality of the translation is significantly below standard expectations for AI translation services.
